[ANNOUNCEMENT] New Chat Features

Latest chat updates :

* floating icon - can be found on lower right site of the site.



* floating chat box for both cp and pc mode.



* status icon of chat users - online using cp or pc, away and offline status.



* chatrooms - moderators can create chat rooms. (for now PUBLIC CHAT is only available.)



* mentor level and up can send attached files and phtos.
* private chat (one on one chat)
* multiple chat.
* video call - for testing.
* users friendly for both cp and pc mods. (FB Styles)

Note:

For those users can't see chat icon. please try hard refresh CTRL+F5 or SHIFT+CTRL+R
