Why doesn't TNP have rules (No spamming, no trolls, no leeching and etc)

Basta for educational purposes we have no problem with that. TNP is free forum platform about technologies and all visitors are welcome. nasa members na yan if manloloko sila or mag papaloko. The main purpose lang ng site na toh is to give free to share knowledge and help others sa mga problems all about tech.
